My mobile catering business, Vette’s Veggie Van, has been going for 6 years now. I do homemade vegetarian & vegan street food. I’ve been a chef for 35 years and a vegetarian for 26 years, so decided to try and do my own veggie business. I try to be as environmentally friendly as possible by using local ingredients and compostable or recyclable containers & cutlery.
My menu includes veggie curries/chillies, wraps, burgers, sausage rolls, brownies & shortbread. Many of which are gluten free. I’m available for private parties, weddings, fairs etc.
