Norfolk Amber Mead is a modern 21st century take on an ancient drink. We ferment mead using local honey from apiaries located throughout Norfolk. We brew in small batches with each batch taking one year to ferment and age. Our speciality meads include barrel aged mead where the mead is aged for a further 2 years in an oak barrel after its fermentation.
Our mead is semi sweet, and ranges from 14 – 16.1% abv, so it is enjoyed in small wine glasses before or after dinner.
