Le Digestif are a husband and wife team based in Norfolk making fermented foods.
The humble cabbage transformed using the freshest local ingredients, herbs and spices. Handmade in small batches in Norfolk and aged naturally with no accelerators.
We never pasteurise our ferments, so they are full of gut-boosting bacteria and bold, fresh flavours to promote digestive health and help boost the immune system.
We currently make 5 different flavours; Classic, Beetroot, Lemon & Dill, Mexican El Curtido and Korean Kimchi.
All of our krauts and kimchis are raw, vegan and gluten free.
