COVID GUIDELINES FOR WEDDING FAIR EXHIBITORS

In order to comply with current Government Guidelines regarding COVID, we must implement some regulations that we will require exhibitors to adhere to. Visitors have also been supplied with COVID guidelines which they will be required to abide by.

If you have a temperature, a new, continuous cough or a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste, we would request that you do not attend the wedding fair. We would suggest that all exhibitors ensure that they take a Lateral Flow Test the evening before the wedding fair. 

ALL EXHIBITORS MUST WEAR A FACE COVERING AT ALL TIMES DURING THE WEDDING FAIR.

Hand sanitiser will be available upon arrival at and departure from the wedding fair and all exhibitors will be required to use it. We would suggest that you also have your own supply on your stand for yourself and visitors to your stand to use regularly.

As an exhibitor, you will be responsible for ensuring that visitors do not touch items on your stand without your consent. If attendees do touch items, these should be wiped prior to allowing others to handle the items. You will be obliged to dispose of these wipes.

We will be doing a goody bag for visitors. We would suggest that you have something with your contact details on that visitors can take a photo of instead or handing out cards. If you would like to collect visitors details, we would suggest that you take these details yourselves (instead of asking visitors to fill in their details) and be responsible for the relevant GDPR.

We will not be providing prosecco on arrival at any of our forthcoming wedding shows as a result of COVID precautions.

If you are a cake supplier and providing samples. As always, they should be prepared and stored in line with Food Hygiene Standards. The samples should be individually wrapped and stored appropriately to avoid contamination. Samples should be provided by the exhibitor to couples using tongs.

We have divided pre-registeration into time slots. We will be monitoring the number of people at the venue in order to comply with crowd density and therefore, we would request that you limit the number of people on your stand to a maximum of two people.

At present, visitors will not need to show a COVID pass to attend, as the numbers will be less than stipulated by the government. This will be continuously monitored and may be subject to change.

We would request that all exhibitors stay on their allocated stand. If your stand has a table, please stay behind the table to assist with social distancing measures. 

We usually provide refreshments during the set up period and sometimes throughout our wedding fairs. Unfortunately, due to COVID, we may be unable to provide this service. As some venues are not within close proximity of food retailers, we would suggest that you bring your own refreshments to the wedding fair.
