COVID GUIDELINES FOR CHRISTMAS FAIR EXHIBITORS

Last updated: 11/09/2020

We are pleased that indoor events and exhibitions are permitted from 1st October. In order to comply with current Government Guidelines regarding COVID, we must implement some regulations that we will require exhibitors to adhere to. Visitors have also been supplied with COVID guidelines which they will be required to abide by.

If you have a temperature, a new, continuous cough or a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste, we would request that you do not attend the Christmas Fair.

ALL EXHIBITORS MUST WEAR A FACE COVERING AT ALL TIMES DURING THE CHRISTMAS FAIR.

Hand sanitiser will be available upon arrival at and departure. All exhibitors will be required to use it. We would suggest that you also have your own supply on your stand for yourself and visitors to your stand to use regularly.

As an exhibitor, you will be responsible for ensuring that visitors do not touch items on your stand without your consent. If attendees do touch items, these will need to be wiped prior to allowing others to handle the items. You will be required for the disposal of these wipes.

We are limited on the number of people at the venue in order to comply with crowd density regulations and therefore, we would request that you limit the number of people on your stand to a maximum of two people.

We will be operating a one way system at the fair, which will need to be adhered to at all times, due to social distancing measures. We would request that all exhibitors stay on their allocated stand and behind the table to assist with social distancing measures.

Thank you for your assistance.
